Due to our Real Estate & Property Management business experience, we can staff your building with Property Managers, or, if preferred, handle the process from our remote locations in New Jersey & New York. When the keys to your rental unit are turned over, all you need to concentrate on is developing cash flow. We will handle the rest.We help you get tenants faster and easier, by advertising & screening prospective tenants. This helps to increase your cash flow.

Marketing

As cash flow is king, GilMORE is dedicated to helping our clients get their vacant space filled up and running as quickly as possible. Our services include providing "Open House", kick-off marketing. We will contact and invite local government officials and local media to draw new tenants and promote your property. We have well proven methods and know how to help you create volume and attract both new tenants and quickly become a mainstay of the community. This service is yet another unique feature of what makes GilMORE different. 

Plan Selection

To provide all of these services, GilMORE has several service plans for you to choose from. Should you be interested in one of our plans, call me directly to set up an appointment and discuss your needs. 

Financing

We accept all rental applications and run through the appropriate credit clearing institutions through our office, with applicant approval. We obtain credit, criminal and eviction history on all prospective tenants. You have our assurance that all information provided to us is held in strict confidence. We require that the application be reviewed and deemed acceptable by our licensed NJ Real Estate Broker. 

Fee

Our principals have over 21 -year history in real estate, construction, and management. We are not just in Real Estate, we are Owners and investors in real estate. As a result, we know how to help landlords, as we are old hands at leasing and tenant relations.
